CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

• Concrete repair for curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs is ongoing. This work is expected to last 3-4 weeks.

• Asphalt repair will begin on September 25th.

• Crew A - Crews are preparing areas around town for paving.

• Crew B - Crews will be working on the lateral lines on 600 North between 120 East and 200 East. This area will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed.

• Crew C - Crews are placing the sewer lateral lines on 100 East between 100 North and Center Street.

• Crew D - This crew is also preparing areas for paving throughout town.

• Crew F - Crews are working on the sewer main line on 380 East, between 100 North and 200 North. This road will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed. All traffic to Monde-Air will need to access this neighborhood from Center Street to the east. This closure is expected to last 3-4 weeks.

Lateral lines will run from the main line to the property line. Home owners will be responsible to connect their home to the lateral line after sewer construction is completed.

ROAD CLOSURES

• 600 North between 120 East and 200 East will be closed until late August

• 100 East between Center Street and 100 North will be closed until late-September

• 380 East will be closed until late-September

Please stay out of the construction zone. Do not drive on a closed road, unless you are trying to reach a house on that block.
