CREWS WILL NOT BE WORKING ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 2,

IN OBSERVANCE OF LABOR DAY


CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

  • Concrete repair for curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs will begin next week. This work is expected to last 3-4 weeks. Asphalt pavement repairs will begin towards the end of September.

  • Crew A - Crews are working on the pressurized sewer line on Highway 165. They are currently working between 3750 South and Johnson Road. This work is being done via lateral boring. Crews will be digging bore pits approximately every 1000 feet to accommodate the boring equipment. There will be minimal traffic shifts around the bore pit areas. Access from Highway 165 to Hollow Road will be closed this upcoming week. They expect to be working in this area until early September.

  • Crew B - Crews will be working on the lateral lines on 600 North between 120 East and 200 East. This area will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed.

  • Crew C - Crews are placing the sewer main line on 100 East between 100 North and Center Street. When they finish with the main line in this area, this crew plans to start work on the lateral lines in this same location.

  • Crew D - Crews are finishing up the sewer crossing at the Black Smith Fork River and will begin work on the sewer line from the lift station to Highway 165. This area will be closed while this work is taking place.

  • Crew F - Crews will be working on the sewer main line on 150 East cul-de-sac, south of 350 South. When they complete the main line on this cul-de-sac, this crew will move to 100 East, south of 300 South, to begin work on the lateral lines.

  • Crew G - Crews are working on the sewer main line on 350 East, between 200 North and 250 North. This road will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed.

  • Crew H - Crews are now working on the sewer main line on 200 North, between 380 East, between 5000 East. This road will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed. All traffic to Monde-Air will need to use access this neighborhood from the Center Street to the east. This closure is expected to last 3-4 weeks.


Lateral lines will run from the main line to the property line. Home owners will be responsible to connect their home to the lateral line after sewer construction is completed.






ROAD CLOSURES


  • 600 North between 120 East and 200 East will be closed until late August

  • 350 East between 200 East and 250 East closed until the mid September

  • The Dug way just east of the cemetery t will be closed until late September

  • 100 East between Center Street and 100 North will be closed until mid-September

  • 100 East south of 300 South will be closed until mid-September

  • 100 South/2900 South between Highway 165 and 200 West will be closed until mid August

  • Highway 165 between 3750 South and Johnson Road has a traffic lance shift. Please pay attention to the traffic control, as the work in the area is changing often.


Please stay out of the construction zone. Do not drive on a closed road, unless you are trying to reach a house on that block.
