CREWS WILL NOT BE WORKING ON MONDAY MAY 27, in observance of Memorial Day.


CONSTRUCTION UPDATE


  • Crew A - Crews are finishing up work on the sewer lift station, just west of the Blacksmith Fork River on 2900 South. They are also preparing to start work on the pressurized sewer line on Highway 165. This work will be done via lateral boring. Crews will be digging bore pits approximately every 1000 feet to accommodate the boring equipment. There will be minimal traffic shifts around the bore pit areas.

  • Crew B - Crews will be working on lateral line connections on 350 North between 200 East and 350 East, as well as on 250 East and 300 East between 350 North and 450 North. This area will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed.

  • Crew C - Crews are placing the sewer main line on Main Street between Center Street and 100 North.

  • Crew D - Crews will be boring the sewer lines along the Highway 165 around 4400 South. The bulk of this work will be in the shoulders. Expect some traffic shifts.

  • Crew F - Crews continue to work on the sewer main line on 300 South between 100 East and 300 East.

  • Crew G - Crews will be working on the lateral line connections on 500 North between 200 East and 300 East. This area will be closed to through traffic while work is being completed.


Lateral lines will run from the main line to the property line. Home owners will be responsible to connect their home to the lateral line after sewer construction is completed.




ROAD CLOSURES


  • 500 North, between 200 East and 300 East will be closed from mid-April to the early May

  • 350 North, between 200 East and 300 East will be closed from mid-May to late May,

  • 350 East, between 350 North and 450 North will be closed from mid-May to late May,

  • 250 East, between 350 North and 400 North will be closed from mid-May to late May,

  • Main Street, between Center Street 100 North will be closed until the middle of May

  • 300 South, between 100 East and 300 East, will be closed until the mid-May


Please stay out of the construction zone. Do not drive on a closed road, unless you are trying to reach a house on that block.
