CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

• Crew A - Crews will be working on the sewer lateral lines on 300 East between 500 North and 650 North.

• Crew B - Crews will be working on the sewer lateral lines on Main Street, between 150 South and Center Street. 

  • Lateral line work in front of the elementary school will continue. For the safety of the children, crews will stop work from 8:30-9:00 am, and 3:30-3:45 pm Monday through Thursday, and from 2:15-2:30 pm on Friday.

• Please arrange with your children to pick them up on Center Street or 100 South while this work is taking place

• Crew C - Crews will be placing a man hole just west of the river on 100 South. The road will be closed between the river and 200 West.

• Crew D - Crews will be finishing work on the lateral lines on 300 South, between Main Street and 100 East.

• Crew E - Crews will resume work on 265 South. When they are done, they will move to 100 North, west of 100 West; this road will be closed while they complete this work.

  • All traffic going to the High School and the seminary building will need to come from 300 West or River Hawk Road.

Lateral lines will run from the main line to the property line. Home owners will be responsible to connect their home to the lateral line after sewer construction is completed.

ROAD CLOSURES

• Main Street, in various locations through the middle of May

• 300 East, north of 500 North, will be closed until mid May

• 100 South, west of 200 West, will be closed until mid May

• 300 South, between Main Street and 100 East, until mid May

• 265 South will be closed until mid May

Please stay out of the construction zone. Do not drive on a closed road, unless you are trying to reach a house on that block.
