CONSTRUCTION UPDATE



Crew A – Asphalt Preparation

Asphalt paving will continue through next week. The crew will remain on site until all roadway paving has been completed.

Crew B – Landscaping and Trench Backfill

Landscaping activities, sprinkler system repairs, and the backfilling of lateral trenches are in progress at various project locations.

Crew C – Sewer Repair

Sewer line repairs will be conducted on Center Street in the vicinity of 600 East. This work will require the excavation of a trench approximately 12 feet in width.

Residents and motorists are advised to exercise caution when traveling near active construction areas. Please observe all posted traffic control signs and watch for construction personnel and equipment.

Important Note:

Lateral lines will extend from the main sewer line to each property's boundary. Once sewer construction is complete, homeowners are responsible for connecting their homes to the lateral line.
